The Inmate Appeal Duty Counsel Program has a substantial roster of experienced criminal appellate counsel and will offer the following services to unrepresented inmates:

• Assisting unrepresented Appellants in arguing their appeals in Toronto before the Court of Appeal.
•  
• Assisting unrepresented Appellants in arguing their appeals in Kingston before the Court of Appeal.
   
• Write opinion letters to Legal Aid Ontario to assist unrepresented individuals in obtaining legal aid in appropriate circumstances
• .
